How many days it will take for me to receive my Shrink Toning Lotion?
Depending on your selected method of shipping as follows:
- 3-5 days- standard for domestic orders (US and UK) only
- 10-15 days
- 15-45 days
*Note: International orders are shipped via air and it takes few days for the transit. However, the customs clearance takes a lot of time. You also have to consider if the shipment will pass thorough areas that are affected by natural calamities.

First, make sure that you have entered your address and if the problem still occurs, email us and we shall help you resolve it as soon as we can.
What will I do if I failed to get the item as I was not available at the time of delivery?
-Usually, the courier service will leave a note of instruction to schedule a redelivery of your item. You can either email or call them.
-On some cases, the package has already arrived at your local post office and you have to call them to arrange pick up/ delivery.
-Kindly email us a week after delivery was done so we can help you trace your package.
